The 4/20 and 4/27 issues of Memo incorrectly reported that the Jobs Plus Pilot Initiative included in the Senate Committee on Appropriations FY13 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies (THUD) bill, S. 2322, would be funded as a set-aside within the Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) program. The $15 million for a Jobs Plus Pilot that would be provided by S. 2322 would be set aside within the Public Housing Capital Fund, not the $50 million ROSS program. Public housing authorities could elect to direct ROSS funds to the cost of additional services for residents in the Jobs Plus Pilot. We regret the error.
