NLIHC sadly said farewell to Research Director Megan Bolton on May 29. Megan and her family are moving to Portland, OR, where Megan will work for Oregon Housing and Community Services in the administration of Governor Kate Brown. Megan has been with NLIHC for six years, starting as in intern, then hired as a Research Analyst and later promoted to Research Director. Megan led the Out of Reach team this year, directing the creation of the new interactive Out of Reach website. Among her many contributions is the Alignment Project, which examined who is served by federal low income housing programs as compared to need for housing assistance. We wish her well in her role.
