The House Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations will hold a November 19 hearing on “Disparate Impact Theory.” Peter Kirsanow, U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Arnoff,, and Kenneth Marcus, Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, are scheduled to testify. The hearing will be at 10 am in room 2128 of the Rayburn House office building.
