HUD has posted a new list of Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) applications under review or pending. HUD will no longer publish the RAD Waitlist because 455,000 public housing units may now be converted (up from the original 60,000) to Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) or to Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs).
