NLIHC will conduct a briefing and webinar on the proposed HOME rule on January 23. The briefing will cover potential programmatic impacts of the rule and emphasize the effects on low income people. Advocates, state and local HOME funding administrators, and Congressional staff are encouraged to attend. Ed Gramlich, Director of Regulatory Affairs at the National Low Income Housing Coalition, and David Bowers, Vice President and Market Impact Leader for Enterprise Community Partners in Washington, D.C. and an NLIHC board member, will present at the briefing.
