NeighborWorks Training Institute Coming to Philadelphia, August 17-21

The next NeighborWorks Training Institute (NTI) will take place in Philadelphia, PA, August 17-21. Participants can select from more than 100 courses in community development, affordable housing, community engagement, and nonprofit management. The featured Wednesday symposium, “Building Pathways to Financial Resilience,” will be a day-long presentation of tools and approaches for augmenting financial capability.

More than 2,000 people are expected to attend, offering opportunities to connect with colleagues to learn and share best practices. NLIHC staff plan to be at the NTI to present two workshops, one on “Getting Ready to Implement the New National Housing Trust Fund” and one on “Effective Local, State, and Federal Advocacy for Affordable Housing.”
