The NLIHC Board of Directors voted at their March 4 meeting to make modest increases to NLIHC membership dues rates. The dues were last raised in 2005.
Membership dues are a significant source of operational revenue for NLIHC. The support of our members, through both financial contributions and advocacy efforts, makes our work possible.
NLIHC’s broad and diverse membership base is an important and distinctive feature of our coalition. Ensuring that housing advocates of all types, regardless of income or organizational budgets, are able to participate as members is a top priority for NLIHC.
As before, all dues rates are suggested.
The new membership dues are effective April 1. They are:
|Individual with low income/or student||$5|
|Resident association/student group||$15|
|Organization operating budget <$250K||$225|
|Organization, $250K - $499,999||$375|
|Organization, $500K - $999,999||$550|
|Organization, $1M - $2M||$1,100|
|Organization, $2M - $5M||$2,200|
