On December 16, HUD published long-awaited amendments to the HOME program regulations (see Memo, 12/16/11). NLIHC now has a more complete and comprehensive summary of the proposed HOME regulation changes. Over the coming weeks NLIHC will formulate comments and present them in Memo prior to the deadline for submitting comments, February 14.
NLIHC will host a brown bag briefing on the proposed HOME rule on January 23 from noon until 1:30pm. The briefing will be held at 727 15th Street, 8th floor, Washington, DC. Beverages will be provided. Please RSVP to [email protected].
