NLIHC will hold a briefing entitled “Achieving Deep Affordability in an Age of Fewer Vouchers” on Friday, September 19 from 11:30am to 1:30pm.
The briefing is part of NLIHC’S Alignment Project, through which NLIHC is examining how to better match existing federal housing resources with need. How are some developers achieving deep affordability without relying on vouchers? With the potential of revenue for the National Housing Trust Fund coming soon, advocates and developers need to be thinking “out-of-the-box” and developing new innovative solutions.
Presenters are NLIHC Research Director Megan Bolton and Research Analyst Elina Bravve, and Ann O’Hara, Senior Policy Advisor at the Technical Assistance Collaborative and NLIHC Board member.
The briefing will be held at 727 15th Street, NW, 8th Floor, Washington, DC.
Lunch will be served. Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 17 to email@example.com.
