NLIHC will host two congressional briefings in July. The first briefing, on July 22, will cover how Members of Congress and their staff can assist constituents at risk of foreclosure or who are living in a rental property that is in foreclosure.
The second briefing, on July 29, will provide an overview of HUD rental assistance programs, and will provide resources to Members of Congress and their staff in order for them to better assist their constituents with issues related to HUD-administered programs.
Both briefings will be from 10 to 11 am ET. More details about the briefings will be provided at a later date.
Advocates are asked to encourage their Members and Members’ staff to attend the briefings.
