HUD’s Office Community Planning and Development (CPD) published Notice CPD-18-10, suspending the requirement that participating jurisdictions (PJs) commit their HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds within 24 months of receiving their grants. The FY17 and FY18 Appropriations Acts suspended the 24-month commitment requirement for deadlines occurring in 2016 through 2020. Notice CPD-18-10 is at: https://bit.ly/2MGvMDl.
