NLIHC submitted formal comments regarding the proposed improvements to existing regulations regarding affirmatively furthering fair housing choice (AFFH) on September 17. NLIHC supported the proposed regulatory improvements, but suggested a number of revisions to strengthen the final rule.NLIHC urges HUD to issue a final rule as quickly as possible.
