Hengrui (Henry) Ruan is NLIHC’s summer Policy Intern. He majors in History and Political Philosophy at the College of William and Mary in Virginia. Hengrui, originally from Guizhou, China, now lives in Irvine, CA. Henry also has interned for Sisters International, which promotes peace and prosperity through informal diplomatic channels. After college, Henry intends to go to graduate school and law school to study political philosophy and law.
