In a January 16 tweet, @HUDNews wrote, “It's official! #SecDonovan is staying on as #HUD Secretary during second term.” “The president has asked him to stay on for a second term, and he is delighted to continue his work for HUD and the American people,” various media outlets quoted a HUD spokesperson as saying. Secretary Donovan, who served at HUD during the Clinton Administration, has been HUD Secretary since the beginning of President Obama’s presidency in 2009.
