NLIHC’s Our Homes, Our Votes 2020 is committed to strengthening our democracy by registering low-income voters on September 22, National Voter Registration Day. Celebrate and do your part in the community by organizing a voter registration drive in person or online. Last year, the National Voter Registration Day effort registered almost half a million voters and had more than 2.5 million social media impressions. Even with this year’s challenges, our goal is to get more low-income renters registered to vote. National Voter Registration Day relies heavily on partnerships with state and local organizations.
