On April 30, HUD released revised FY13 Fair Market Rents (FMRs) in six geographies. The new FMRs, published in the Federal Register, supersede the values published on October 1, 2012 and are effective as of April 30. The revised values were released in response to public comments, and in all cases the revised FY13 FMRs are higher than they were in the original notice. The revised FMRs affect the following six geographies: Cheyenne (WY) MSA, Odessa (TX) MSA, Burlington-South Burlington (VT) MSA, Mountrail County (ND), Ward County (ND), and Williams County (ND). The revised FMRs reflect surveys conducted in September and November 2012. NLIHC updated relevant Out of Reach 2013 data to reflect these revised FMRs.
