HUD’s Office of Special Needs Assistance has scheduled a webinar, “Title V: The Roles and Responsibilities of HUD, GSA, and HHS,” for November 13 at 11 am ET. Title V of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act provides homeless service providers a first right of refusal for surplus federal properties, before they are made available for sale. The webinar “will give an overview of each agency’s role in implementing the Title V Surplus Property process.” It will link the role of each agency with the law that governs the program.
