Lela Schwartz joins NLIHC as a summer Field Intern. She is a senior studying International Relations, with minors in Human Rights and Community and Regional Development at the University of California, Davis. Lela has experience performing community engagement activities in South Africa through study abroad. Upon completing her studies she hopes to work in refugee rights and protections, and housing.
