NLIHC’s fall 2026 edition of Tenant Talk: Securing the Tenant Vote provides an educational overview of the current federal voter-rights landscape, challenges low-income voters face, and how communities are countering attacks on voting rights. This issue also provides updates on the recently passed “21st Century ROAD to Housing Act,” proposed federal agency rules, and NLIHC’s 2025 National Renter Survey and 2026 Out of Reach: The High Cost of Housing reports.
