The database tracks state and local housing trust funds passed since the inception of state and local housing trust funds in the 1970’s.
Information provided in the database includes housing trust fund type, jurisdiction, administrative agency, year established, revenue sources, if the source is dedicated, additional notes, and website. The information collected was gathered by Center on Community Change, NLIHC, and local and state partners who have advocated for many of the housing trust funds included in the database.
