Metro Nashville's Council approved $6.5 Million in American Rescue Plan Act funding towards the development of new rental properties specifically for older adults (ages 62+) earning 60% of the Area Median Income or below. The program is being administered through The Barnes Fund, Nashville's local housing trust fund.
