NLIHC is celebrating our 50th anniversary as an advocacy organization in 2024, and we invite you to celebrate with us by registering today for Housing Policy Forum 2024: An Unwavering Path Forward to Housing Justice! This year’s Forum will offer numerous opportunities to celebrate our organization’s 50-year anniversary by commemorating our history, achievements, and partners.
On Tuesday, March 19, in-person attendees are invited to join us in kicking off our official anniversary celebration by attending the NLIHC50 Anniversary Reception in the Grand Ballroom of the Hilton Capitol Hill Hotel from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
Following the NLIHC50 Anniversary Reception, in-person attendees are encouraged to attend a viewing of the documentary “Razing Liberty Square” in the hotel’s Atrium Ballroom at 8 pm. The film will be the focus of a breakout session on climate gentrification and community erasure the next morning. Please note: those unable to attend the screening in person are still able to view the documentary virtually.
NLIHC’s Engagefully app will be available for download on Saturday, March 16. Ahead of that time, we encourage in-person registrants to customize their event schedule, register for breakout sessions, send congratulatory messages on our anniversary, and more!
