This analysis includes the second round of funding under the IIG program. There is emphasis on how funds were allocated, the level of housing affordability achieved with the aid of the programs, and issues that have arisen with TOD and IIG. The report also includes a comprehensive list of all projects that received funding in both the first and second rounds of funding.
