House to Hold Moving to Work Hearing

The House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance will hold a hearing, “Evaluating How HUD’s Moving-to-Work Program Benefits Public and Assisted Housing Residents,” on June 26 (see Memo, 6/14).
Witnesses will be Daniel Nackerman, San Bernardino County Housing Authority; Gene Reed, Abilene Housing Authority; Mathew Scire, Director, Financial Markets and Community Investment, U.S. Government Accountability Office; Larry Woods, Winston-Salem Housing Authority; and Gregory Russ, Executive Director, Cambridge Housing Authority. The hearing will be on June 26 at 2 pm EST in room 2128 of the Rayburn House office building.
