Every single member strengthens NLIHC’s advocacy and builds power and momentum for the housing justice movement.
NLIHC membership is open to both individuals and organizations, including resident and tenant associations, unions, non-profit organizations, coalitions, corporations, and government agencies. Members join NLIHC to strengthen their advocacy, connect with peers across the country, and ensure their voice is elevated at the national level. Membership comes with exclusive benefits, including specialized support from NLIHC staff, discounted tickets to events, and opportunities to weigh in on policy priorities and strategies. Many NLIHC members live on low incomes or small operating budgets, which is why all membership dues are pay-what-you-can afford.
