Whitney Bailey, a disaster response attorney with AppalReD Legal Aid, will provide an overview of the impacts of disasters on housing stability for the lowest-income renters. Andreanecia Morris, executive director of Housing Louisiana, will discuss grassroots disaster housing recovery efforts.
