Join Tuesday’s (June 20) National HoUSed Campaign Call for Universal, Stable, Affordable Homes!

Join Tuesday’s (June 20) national HoUSed campaign call from 2:30 to 4 pm ET. We will discuss a harmful proposal to cut funding from the Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development (THUD) bill, which provides HUD with crucial funds for rental assistance, homelessness assistance, and community development programs. NLIHC Senior Vice President of Research Andrew Aurand will share key findings from the newly released Out of Reach report and discuss federal policy solutions needed to address the housing crisis. Gina Plata-Nino of the Food Research & Action Center (FRAC) will discuss the impact of enhanced SNAP work requirements on people experiencing homelessness.
