In a new blog posted on NLIHC’s “On the Home Front”, San Kwan, a Fall 2025 NLIHC Housing First Intern, provides an overview of the National Tenants Bill of Rights (TBOR) and shares examples of how tenant organizing can drive real policy change and public support for housing justice.
