NLIHC Completes First Half of Training Institute Pilot for Tenants & Residents

NLIHC’s Training Institute for Tenants and Residents pilot program was launched at the end of April with the purpose of empowering tenants and residents with the tools and knowledge needed to advocate for safe, stable, and affordable housing. Over the course of three months, we explored topics essential to those with lived experience in mobilizing within the context of their current resources. The first half of the pilot featured sessions on organizing, fundraising, and communications—resources designed to help build lasting power in the community.
