NLIHC Submits Formal AFFH Comment Letter

NLIHC submitted formal comments regarding the proposed improvements to existing regulations regarding affirmatively furthering fair housing choice (AFFH) on September 17. NLIHC supported the proposed regulatory improvements, but suggested a number of revisions to strengthen the final rule.

NLIHC urges HUD to issue a final rule as quickly as possible. At least 995 comments were submitted.
