Michael Chapman joins NLIHC as a spring policy intern. Originally from Mililani, Hawaii, Michael is currently studying Government at Georgetown University. Michael’s interest in housing policy arose during his time as a legislative intern for Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) in 2015. With experience in international relations, public policy, and congressional affairs, Michael hopes to pursue a career in the Hawaii state legislature.
