The first “Tenant Talk Live” of 2026 included a lively discussion with both old and new faces to the group. NLIHC Manager of Inclusive Community Sid Betancourt led a discussion around the 2026 community agreement for “Tenant Talk Live.” NLIHC Senior Vice President of Public Policy David Gonzalez Rice also joined the call to present NLIHC’s 2026 policy priorities and listen to feedback from participants. The January 5 meeting was not recorded.
