The theme for Forum 2027 is “Building Our Future Together”! Traditionally, NLIHC’s Housing Policy Forum brings together community leaders, policy experts, researchers, tenant advocates, affordable housing practitioners, and members of Congress to discuss the state of affordable housing. Forum 2027 will be no different.

Early Bird Registration Ticket Prices: 

  • Member – $650 (increases to $800 on December 2)  
  • Non-Member – $750 (increases to $900 on December 2)  
  • Low-Income Members – $125 (increases to $150 on December 2)
