Taking place March 24-27 at the Hilton Capitol Hill Hotel in Washington, D.C., Housing Policy Forum 2025 will feature conversations with Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD), and Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE), on solutions needed to address America's housing and homelessness crisis.

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA)

Ranking Member of the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, Senator Warren will discuss the importance of protecting and expanding affordable housing for the lowest-income and most marginalized communities and countering the Trump administration’s ongoing threats to vital housing programs.

Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD)

Serving on the Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, Senator Rounds will provide remarks on the importance of, and actions needed to build and preserve affordable homes in rural communities and on Tribal lands.

Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE)

Blunt Rochester is the first black woman to represent Delaware in the U.S. Senate. Senator Blunt Rochester will provide remarks on how critical it is that advocates and congressional champions work together to address housing costs, remove barriers to housing supply, and put our nation on a path to housing and racial justice.


Forum will also feature a keynote address from Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones, and a discussion with Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), on advancing housing justice for all.
