The Housing & Opportunity Grant Program (HOP), formerly the Emergency Shelter/Solutions Grants Program, provides funding to support operations, staffing and homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing assistance at approximately 45 non-profit emergency shelter, transitional housing, housing navigation, re-housing and prevention organizations serving all regions of Vermont.

Extremely low-income households (income less than 30% AMI); Persons experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness; Victims of domestic violence

Required for income (general), housing instability, lease, other financial hardship. Does not accept self-attestations.
