The Housing & Opportunity Grant Program (HOP), formerly the Emergency Shelter/Solutions Grants Program, provides funding to support operations, staffing and homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing assistance at approximately 45 non-profit emergency shelter, transitional housing, housing navigation, re-housing and prevention organizations serving all regions of Vermont.
