The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program began approximately 10 years ago. The PSH program provides capital funds for the acquisition, rehab, and/or new construction of housing for special needs populations. This includes, but is not limited to, persons living with disabilities, experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, and recently incarcerated populations.
