Join Monday’s (7/10) “Tenant Talk Live” Webinar on Meaningful Community Engagement and the Path to Improving Living Conditions in Public Housing

NLIHC will host the first session of a two-part “Tenant Talk Live” webinar series on Monday, July 10, at 6 pm ET. The series, “Meaningful Community Engagement: The Path to Enhancing Living Conditions in Public Housing,” will focus on empowering residents with strategies for navigating expectations related to rehabilitation and helping residents collectively work towards the revitalization of their communities. The sessions will be moderated by NLIHC board member Mrs. Loraine Brown, who will be joined by leaders from Essence Development and the New York housing Authority (NYCHA). Monday’s webinar will focus on how NYCHA’s PACT Rental Assistance Demonstration program impacts its community, the status of current renovation projects, and the experiences of residents participating in the program. The second session in the series will be held on July 24 at 6 pm ET. Join NLIHC for an informative set of webinars addressing alternative pathways for enhancing public housing.
