On November 20, NLIHC released The Gap: Assessing the Affordability and Availability of Rental Housing in Puerto Rico, a new report that measures the affordability and availability of homes for the lowest-income renters in Puerto Rico.
The Impact
Because of donors like you, we were able to expand on NLIHC’s annual report, The Gap: A Shortage of Affordable Homes, and utilize 2023 Puerto Rican Community Survey (PRCS) data to measure affordable rental housing availability for extremely low-income and other income groups in Puerto Rico. We published this report in English and Span
