In his new role as NLIHC Manager of Training and Innovation, Billy Cerullo joined 20 community members at the Mercer County 4-H Camp this fall to discuss tangible ways to build tenant power for increased tenant protections across West Virginia.
The Impact
Billy conducted in-depth training on community organizing fundamentals, introducing key concepts such as “power” and “self-interest.” He also outlined a practical approach for designing and executing effective campaigns.
