October’s “Tenant Talk Live” featured NLIHC Senior Vice President of Public Policy David Gonzalez Rice. David shared some preliminary ideas on NLIHC’s 2027 Policy Priorities. The three overarching themes David shared with the group were housing supply, support for tenants, and fairness related to tenant protections. Attendees had a chance to engage in breakout rooms where they shared feedback on the policy priorities for next year.
