During the most recent “Tenant Talk Live” on December 4, NLIHC staff were joined by HUD Office of Field Policy and Management Assistant Deputy Secretary Michele Perez, who discussed HUD’s Section 3 program. Attendees learned about the history of Section 3, recent rule changes, work being conducted by HUD to approve oversight of the program, and available resources related to Section 3.
