The House Committee on Financial Services will hold a hearing on “the taxpayer-funded bailout of the Federal Housing Administration” on October 29. FHA Commissioner and HUD Assistant Secretary for Housing Carol Galante is expected to be the hearing’s sole witness. The hearing will be at 10 am in room 2128 of the Rayburn House office building.
