The Maryland Money Follows the Person (MFP) Bridge Subsidy Program provides a State-funded rent subsidy for up to three (3) years to eligible individuals. Participants transition to a Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) or public housing at the end of the MFP Bridge Subsidy term.
