Court Eviction Diversion Program
The Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Government Court Eviction Diversion Program is designed to assist Jefferson County residents who can display that they are at risk of losing stable housing due to an eviction filing or non-payment of rent. In 2023, the program re-opened after statewide funds were exhausted. The current program is designed to assist Jefferson County residents who applied at the Kentucky Housing Corporation for the Healthy at Home Eviction Relief Fund and had completed applications but were not assisted due to an application that was pending or withdrawn by the Kentucky Housing Corporation.
