The Community Targeted Transitional Support program provides specific, temporary financial assistance that allows consumers to live independently in the community. This is achieved by providing funding for rental deposits, rental assistance, utility deposits, utility payments, eye care, and dental care. Eligible individuals are those receiving treatment for a mental illness or co-occurring substance abuse disorder whose household income is below the Federal Poverty Level and can show this is a temporary or one-time need.
