HUD Offers Office Hours Regarding COVID-19 Planning & Response for Homeless Assistance Providers

HUD’s Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) invited homeless assistance providers and their partners to participate in an Office Hours session to discuss COVID-19 planning and response on March 20. Presenters from a variety of federal agencies and their partners were available for a live question and answer session.

The March 20 Office Hours session was the second offered by SNAPS related to COVID-19 planning and response. Those who participated in the session on March 13 were encouraged to attend the March 20 session for the latest information and updates. On March 10, HUD conducted a webinar, “Infectious Disease Preparedness for Homeless Assistance Providers and Their Partners.” Those who did not join that March 10 webinar were encouraged to view the March 10 webinar materials before joining the March 20 Office Hours question and answer session.
