NLIHC Welcomes Hannah Botts as Spring 2025 Our Homes, Our Votes Intern!

NLIHC is delighted to welcome Hannah Botts as the Our Homes, Our Votes intern for the Spring 2025 semester! Hannah is a Gen Z consultant and civic leader who is passionate about amplifying youth voices, technology, and sustainable civic infrastructure. A native of Kentucky, Hannah has worked in various sectors, including serving as a youth advisor to foundations, local governments, and civic and cultural institutions. As the manager of Campus Compact’s Rural Voices Initiative, Hannah seeks to increase accessibility to civic action among rural youth and to combat narratives about rural civic disengagement. This philosophy also drives Hannah’s passion for making voting more accessible to low-income renters, and she is excited about the opportunity to contribute to NLIHC’s work in this area.
