The first episode of the 15-month webinar and podcast series “Our Homes, Our Votes 2020: Third Thursdays at Three” is now available at The webinar originally broadcast on  September 19. The topic for the first presentation was legal considerations for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations planning to engage in elections. Tim Mooney, senior counsel with the Bolder Advocacy Program at Alliance for Justice, shared important tips with nonprofit advocates eager to engage in a way that does not threaten their tax-exempt status.
