Attendees of this week’s “Tenant Talk Live” had the unique opportunity to engage directly with HUD staff about the exciting future of public housing. Participants weighed in passionately about the current state of public housing, sharing their thoughts about what works well and brainstorming ideas about what should be improved. The discussion ranged from topics like innovative approaches for enhancing public housing to HUD’s outreach efforts and how these efforts can better connect with residents. NLIHC is planning to invite HUD staff back for another Tenant Talk Live event this fall to continue the conversation.
The next webinar will take place on August 7 at 6 pm ET (3 pm PT). Register for the session here. As always, if you have a topic you would like to propose or want to be a speaker in an upcoming webinar, please e-mail Sid Betancourt at [email protected].
